Workshop and Club Policies
1. Workshop Participation
To create a positive, supportive community people are required to be respectful. Anyone bullying will receive a warning by email. If the bad behavior continues the participant will be removed from the group, and a partial refund will be given.
2. Workshop Cancellation
- If the minimum number of students has not been reached by a predetermined date, then the class is cancelled. Money will be refunded to students.
- In the case of extreme unforeseen circumstances where the class is unable to be rescheduled and is cancelled, money will be refunded to students. If the pdf/pattern and/or kit has been delivered, this fee will not be refunded.
3. Workshop Rescheduling
-If there is a issue (technical, illness, mother nature, etc.) the class will be rescheduled and all participants notified by email. If you are unable to make the rescheduled dates, you will be refunded tuition fees, but not the cost of the pdf/pattern and/or kit as it would have already been dispatched.
4. Recording
-Clubs and workshops are not recorded. A summary of what took place and what was covered is sent by email to club members within a few days after the event.
-In keeping with privacy and copyright laws, no recording of any kind is permitted.
5. Clubs
-Refund policy - If you decide after attending the first session of a club, you have 7 days to contact us through email for a full refund. Due to the digital nature of clubs no other refunds are offered.
