Workshop and Club Policies
1. Participation
To create a positive, supportive community people are required to be respectful. Anyone bullying will receive a warning by email. If the inappropriate behavior continues the participant will be removed from the group, and a partial refund will be given.
2. Workshop Cancellation
- If the minimum number of students has not been reached by a predetermined date, then the class is cancelled. Course fee and applicable taxes will be refunded to the student. Pdf/pattern/book and/or kit is final sale and nonrefundable.
- In the case of extreme unforeseen circumstances where the class is unable to be rescheduled and is cancelled, course fee and applicable taxes will be refunded to the student. Pdf/pattern/book and/or kit is final sale and nonrefundable.
3. Workshop Rescheduling
-If there is an issue (technical, illness, mother nature, etc.) the class will be rescheduled and all participants notified by email. If you are unable to make the rescheduled dates, you will be refunded course fees and applicable taxes. Pdf/pattern/book and/or kit is final sale and nonrefundable.
4. Recording
-Clubs and workshops are not recorded. A summary of what took place and what was covered is sent by email to club members within a few days after the event.
-In keeping with privacy and copyright laws, no recording of any kind is permitted.
5. Clubs
-Club events are not recorded.
-Refund policy - If you decide after attending the first session of a club that it is not for you; you have 7 days to contact us through email for a full refund. Due to the digital nature of clubs, no other refunds are offered.
6. Workshops
-Workshops are not recorded.
-If you are unable to attend the workshop you registered for, your tuition is nonrefundable. Tuition can be transferred to a friend. Please contact us to arrange a transfer.
